Corporate transaction in the field of vehicle fleet management in Spain. Movertis and Localizador Sherlog have agreed to merge to create Movilia, a new technology group specializing in fleet management software, designed to offer solutions tailored to all levels of digital maturity in the market.
As part of the transaction, Seaya Andromeda is joining as a financial partner, providing the necessary financial strength to drive market consolidation. In addition to its financial backing, the fund will contribute its expertise as an investor specializing in technology and growth companies, “strengthening the project’s credibility and rigor, and supporting the group’s strategic vision.”
According to the partners, the group combines Movertis’s expertise with Localizador Sherlog’s track record, bringing together complementary capabilities under a common structure without altering the identity or operations of each brand. Thus, Movertis, drawing on its in-house technological development capabilities, will continue to drive innovation and offer advanced solutions for operations with higher operational demands. For its part, Localizador Sherlog is one of the industry’s pioneers, managing more than 50,000 vehicles, and has been established as a leading company nationwide for over 20 years. The company provides digital solutions that enable rapid adoption by new businesses, making a key contribution to the expansion and growth of the fleet management market.
